Itinerary and price
Day 1:Xining
Arrive in Xining, the capital city of Qinghai province(by bus or train), transfer to Qinghai hotel.
Day 2:Qinghai Lake
Guided tour, visit Kumbum Monastery, local lifestyle and food, overnight at tent or guesthouse nearby Qinghai Lake.
Day 3: Salt Lake
Drive 190KM to Tsakha salt lake, from Apr. - Jul., the bird island is available. Transfer to Tsakha lake hotel
.Day 4: Tsakha - Golmud
Drive 420KM to Golmud, pass throughout Qaidam basin, en route visit oasis, Gobi. Transfer to Golmud hotel.
Day 5: Golmud - Tuotuo River
Drive 420 KM, pass Kunlun bridge, well, glacier, sculpture to Tuotuo river, en route see wild animals, yak, and deer, sunrise and sunset. Transfer to Tuotuo River hotel.
Day 6: Tuotuo River - Nagchu.
Drive 460KM to Nagchu - the birthplace of mighty Yangtze, cross Mt. Tanggula which at a elevation of 5231m to the Nagchu grassland, transfer to Nagchu hotel.
Day 7: Nagchu - Dangxiong - Lhasa
Drive 40KM to Lhasa, en route visit Dangxiong, Yangpachen hot spring, transfer to Lhasa hotel.
Day 8: Lhasa
Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Monastery, and souvenir shopping and photographing in Barkhor Street.
Day 9: Shigatse
Drive to Shigatse, en route visit Yamdrok Lake, Korala Glaciers, Kumbuk Monastery, Khumbum stupa and the Palkor Chode Monastery and Gyantse etc. transfer to Shigatse Shandong hotel.
Day 10: Back Lhasa
Full day guided tour, visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, Shigatse fair, after lunch visit the Lhokar - the Tibetan granary and see the local life, back Lhasa and transfer to hotel.
Day 11: Lhasa
Full day guided tour, visit Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, Norbulingka. .
Day 12: End Tour
Transfer to airport, end tour.

Note:
1.Minor program changes sometimes are necessary, depending on road conditions, weather and availability of room.
2.Health consultation from your doctor before you come to highland (Over 3000M).
3.As we travel in Tibet area where the economy is much more backward than other places, the food alternative is limited, so we suggest you take some solid food. Most of local restaurant only can offer the simple Sichuan and Tibetan dishes.
4.The temperature varies greatly and sunshine can be very strong, please bring jackets, sunburn cream, medicine for altitude sickness etc.
5.For avoiding the altitude sickness, please don`t do violent exercises, drink more water and rest as much as possible after sightseeing.
6.We suggest you don`t go outside of your hotel during the night.
7.Most of the time you will enjoy the beautiful views in the car, and the driving hours are very long in this tour.
8.Tourists should take the high plateau altitude into consideration, if unexpected accident(injury, death etc.) happened, the Insurance Company will compensate according to the regulations not our company.
9.Most places along this line are short of water, some hotels can not provide enough hot water for bathing but you won`t have problems in cleaning your mouth and face.
