Shunjiang village is located in Songpan county along the road to Jiuzhaigou, a small village ignored by many visitors, but it attracts more and more foreigners(Lao Wai in Chinese pin yin) with its unique horse riding tours. Appreciate the harmony between man and nature riding on horseback climbing over the skyscraping mountains,what a wonderful experience! Visitors home and abroad are all interested in riding horses with local people to touch the green Haizi and the marvelous forests, leaving the noise and troubles behind. Please enjoy the great nature of Aba area trekking into the deep primitive forest!
Itinerary :
Day 1: Chengdu -SongpanThe total distance is 350 km and takes about 7 hours with good road condition. The local tour guide will pick you up when you arrive at Songpan bus station, then he will tell you the horse riding itinerary of the following days. Overnight in Songpan at a local hostel. 
Day 2. Songpan-Munigou horse riding.Today you will gain a totally new experience, your heart will be absolutely conquered by the holy and pure snow-capped mountains, tranquil valleys, jadeite green grassland, primitive forests. Overnight camping.
Day 3: Munigou-Munigou Er`daohai hot spring
Another horse riding day to Er`daohai, where you can have a hot spring bathing with clear mineral water. Overnight camping.
Day 4: Munigou-SongpanHorse-riding back to Songpan . Overnight in a local hostel.
Day 5: Sonpan-Chengdu(or Jiuzhaigou /Huanglong)
Say goodbye to Shunjiang horse trekking and come back to Chengdu.Or you can choose self tour to Jiuzhaigou or Huanglong.

Note:
1.There is a big temperature difference between day and night so you are suggested to bring enough clothes.
2. Follow the groom instruction for your safety.
3. Careful use of the camping equipment.
4. Horse trekking in the forests and mountainous area is a difficult job, be sure that you can handle it.
5.Altitude sickness is commonly caused in this trip, you must in the best physical condition and try to avoid violent activities. Tell the guide or groom immediately when you have any uncomfortable reaction.
6.Don`t chase or run horses during the trip. Follow the groom instruction when riding up or down the steep slopes
7.Don`t move suddenly or shout in front of a horse in case you frighten them and cause accidents. NO FLASH when you take photos with horses.
8.Kindly treat horses as they mean a lot to the local people.
9. Respect the local custom. You will get along with the local residents for several days and you will find the different lifestyles. Let the local people know that they are equally treated. For example: when you send them some gifts, you should let them know you don`t donate but send it as a friendly souvenir.
10.Pay attention to enviroment protection. Collect all the rubbish and take it back.
11.If some accidents happened because you didn follow the groom or the tour guide`s instructions ,you should be responsible for the accidents.
12.Minor program changes sometimes are necessary, depending on road conditions, weather and availability of room.
13.Valid time：Prices are valid until June 30th, 2007, May day holiday( from Apr. 30th to May 7th) excepted.after that time,the price would be higher as the hot season coming.
