The signs are written in bothChinese and English.Taxi fare is CNY 6 for the first 3 kilometers and CNY 1.4 per every succeeding kilometer from6:00 to 22:00. At night from 22:00 to 6:00 next morning, the taxi fee is CNY 6 for the first 3 kilometers and CNY 1.7per every succeeding kilometer. Chengdu taxi drivers are said to be 'living maps'.
